MLS Betting Preview

The MLS table is taking shape

With close to 30 games already played this season, the MLS league has taken shape and the boys have been separated from the men. There are a few exciting encounters this weekend, and here are some analyses and betting tips for the weekend.

Current Look of the Major League Soccer

The season’s league has taken shape, and many teams have made improvements from last season. New England are at the top in the Eastern Conference with a clear lead of 18 points.

Things are much closer in the Western Conference league, with Seattle Sounders topping the table with just 2 points, having played more than second-place Sporting KC. This coming weekend, there are four games, and we shall look at all of them and the match odds for each game.

First Game of The Weekend as New York Red Bulls Set Out against Inter Miami

Inter Miami, who have recorded five straight losses, will be looking to get all three points to close the game on NY Red Bulls. Meanwhile, the Red Bulls are unbeaten in their last three games and are playoff contenders this season. With only 7 points separating these two teams, this should be quite an exciting match!

What To Expect From The Red Bulls and Miami Game

With just 5 points separating the 2nd place and 9th place, NY Red Bulls have it all to play for in this game. It’s a chance to leapfrog into 2nd position. On the other hand, Inter Miami have failed to score in 6 of their last 11 games. The Red Bulls are the favourites to take this one.

The Cincinnati and Philadelphia Union Up For a Fierce Battle

Philadelphia Union go into this game as third in the league while Cincinnati sits in 14th on the table. Cincinnati went down to the Red Bulls in their last match and will be looking to get back to winning ways. Philadelphia had a good game as they put three past Columbus in their previous game. Nonetheless, this match promises to be an entertaining one!

Seattle Sounders take on Vancouver as both Teams Hope to Retain their Favourite Spots

There’s a showdown in the Western Conference between Seattle Sounders and Vancouver. Seattle Sounders sit pretty at the top of the pile, and they will welcome 8th placed Vancouver to Lumen Field.

The home team will be looking to cement their position at the top while their guest hopes to boost their playoff chances. Vancouver is one point below playoff position with a game in hand.

In terms of form, Seattle have three wins in the last three games, while Vancouver have won two out of their previous three games. This match will be a fierce battle as both teams are out to get the best results.

No Fitness Problems as Minnesota United expects to get a win from FC Dallas Clash

Minnesota drew their last game against FC Dallas. Although Minnesota played better, having more possession and attempts than their opponents, they couldn’t grab that win. Colorado Rapids lost their previous match to the league leaders, Seattle Sounders.

Colorado prevailed the last time these two met, suggesting that this game may be a close call. Both teams have a fully fit squad, except Younes Namli of Colorado, who had ankle surgery. Nonetheless, Minnesota appear to be the favourite to take this one.
