Meet Wilma and take a peek into the World of Casumo

In this mini-blog-series we’re chatting with the people who keep the wheels turning at Casumo online casino and the Casumo Ambassadors make up for quite a bunch of them. They’re a team of truly dedicated superheroes, committed to providing a top notch level of customer support. Which is why we want to give them their moment in the spotlight, because they deserve it.

This week, we’re asking Wilma from our Ambassadors team a couple of questions. She shares the best thing about her job and tells us how she’s still in search of her favourite game.

Howdy Wilma!

Right as we enter the room, we spot Wilma sitting at her desk with a big, happy smile on her face.

Me: “Hey Wilma, you look like you’re glowing! Seems like the perfect time for a little interview?”

Wilma: “Haha YES! I just received an amazing compliment, I’m one happy bee!”

Me: “What is your favourite snack from the Odditorium (this is what we call our in-house cafeteria)?”

Wilma: “My snack of choice is definitely fresh pineapple. Did you know that pineapple contains a flesh-eating enzyme? It hasn’t stopped me from enjoying it though.”

Alright.. just going to take a quick mental note never to leave my cat alone when there’s pineapple around.

Me: “Can you please share the best compliment ever received by your teammates? Maybe it was the one that you received earlier!?”

Wilma: “Haha no, that wasn’t the best, but it was a good one! In general, I enjoy helping out my teammates so whenever I can share a useful tip or help solve a problem, I already get the best feeling from receiving a simple ‘thanks’ for my help. My favourite one has to be the “WOW, you’re so smart!” exclamation after solving a difficult problem.”

That’s cute.

Me: “And how about the strangest thing someone has ever written to you?”

Wilma: “Actually, a player once asked me if he could transfer me some money from his Casumo player account as a token of his appreciation for helping him solve an issue. Obviously this isn’t something that we would ever accept, but I appreciated the gesture.”

Holy mack, that must have been some top notch service!

Me: “What’s the best thing about your job?”

Wilma: “Having genuine conversations with our players. Some people like to ask about living in Malta, what my job is like and how I’m doing. That always brings a smile to my face. And the amazing workplace and the best colleagues ever, of course.”

Of course.

Me: “Do you play casino games and if so, what’s your favourite game and why?”

Wilma: “You’d think I would have found a favourite game by now, I simply can’t pick!”

Seek and ye shall find…

Me: “Any weird routines to keep you alert that we should know about?”

Wilma: “I like to regularly get up to stretch my legs. I’ll go and grab a coffee or some water, a snack and maybe have a little walk around the office for a chinwag with my colleagues. For as far as I know, my routine hasn’t gotten on anyone’s nerves yet.”
