Previewing the six pointer v Brentford

Paunovic recognises the importance of Wednesday night’s 20:00 kick off and has labelled it “one of the most important in the season so far.” He might not want to add pressure on the lads, but Reading players thrive in big games, and the scene is set for a showdown at the Madejski.

Reading’s last outing was a blank in the Potteries as Stoke held on to an important point on a cold day for football. A clean sheet will have come as a good foothold as Reading prepare for a very attack-minded football side in Brentford.
