King of Slots has one main feature, but that really defines it. When you win, the winning stick and you respin while keeping the previous win, and get more wins. Playthrough showed that wilds also stick in the reels nicely and the scatters too. The scatter symbols are the moneymaker here. Get five of them and you activate the free spins rounds that come with 3x multiplier. You need five, but three of them stick on reels and you get a second spin. What is great about these is that while you have those three scatters on the reels, any wins you get also activates the respins! I got my third free spin bonus thanks to some measly 10-symbols sticking there and activating that one more much needed spin.

But I’m getting ahead of myself. For my first free spins I got 10 free spins, but was unlucky: only got one win that got me my bet back and a bit more. Not my day, I thought (it was Friday the 13th btw), but kept playing. The second one more than made that up. I got one Big win and one Mega win and got 15.900 coins from those Free Spin rounds! Sadly, I got no wins on my third scatter round. Fourth was with 7 scatter landing on the first spin! I got 20 free spins that landed me 10.200 coins and almost activated one more free spin round! Yeah, it is very much possible for that to happen.

Fifth kept me waiting and did not bring big wins. After that, almost as to make up for this, the slot decided to fill the reels with queens that just got getting there on respins. Nice. Would have been even nicer if it had come with 3x multiplier, but gotta be happy for this!

After that I got some lemons that gave me a nice Megawin, too bad it was not on free spin rounds. Could have used that 3x multiplier there. Oh well, when the game gives you lemons, make a lemonade. Conclusion: King of Slots is not the best of all the slots, but it is still really well designed and elegant slot that does not distract you with bells and whistles. Respins really fill up the reels with winning symbols. I’d love to see free spin rounds more often, but then again, the winning potential is huge so seeing those scatter symbols is always exciting.
